A Rough Weekend For Online Gaming
It's been a rough weekend for online services with Xbox Live going down on Saturday, preventing users from accessing their digital libraries and Game Pass games – including the just-released Forza Horizon 5 and Battlefield 2042 early access editions. The service went down around 12pm on Saturday, coincidentally at around the same time that the official Xbox Twitter account disappeared entirely.
It’s pretty great to get the gaming headlines condensed into >5 mins episodes. Greatly presented and news greatly chosen from all sides of the gaming world!
Handy but with one drawback
Informative and bite sized info, useful to have to keep up with the latest gaming news
The show is clearly voiced by an Australian, but when they are trying to put on a ‘radio/news voice’ they end up using a broken American/Australian accent where it seems like a lot of it is an Australian accent but then certain words and phrases get a strong American pronunciation. It’s not a huge deal or anything, but it’s just something I notice every single time I hear an episode.
Other than that, nothing else I can critique about it. Great show.
Love it 👌🏻
Such great updates, and the production is spot on too. Very cool to listen to on Google Home each morning!
