Relevant and practical

I've always found Gabrielle's newsletters to be good, but the podcast is even better. She understands the overthinking mind, and has made me realise that its not just me (what a relief!). The podcasts are relevant and practical, and help provide understanding and ways to manage/stop overthinking. I love that they are short, and I enjoy listening to them while I sit and have a cup of tea - literally "pressing pause". I look forward to more episodes.
