Basiago insists he traveled multiple times to Abraham Lincoln’s Gettysburg Address as well as his assassination, and that he was photographed at Gettysburg as a boy. Even more astonishingly, Basiago alleges that in the early 1980s he teleported to Mars with none other than a 19-year-old Barack Obama, who was already being groomed by the CIA to become a future president.
