Forever changed

After listening to Wayne speak at Danny Frawley’s funeral I was moved beyond words. Finally someone able to express how I feel and guide me in what I need to do to keep healthy. I quickly subscribed and have been listening most days. Big thankyou to Caitlin Thwaites and to Wayne for the gentle way he questions. Caitlin talked about being gentle with yourself on your low days and for the first time today I was. I actually took the foot off the peddle and cruised through my day at work. I gave myself permission to step back and just get through the day. No whipping myself or putting myself down and I had a pretty good day! Thanks Caitlin and thanks Wayne xx
