Raw and Real

Series 2 of this podcast has been so useful for me and others I know. I love the format, the length of each episode and the way Wayne Schwass draws out 3 practical tips from each speaker that listeners can implement immediately. Keep up the good work. Itching for more...

So much to learn

This is a brilliant podcast. I’ve learnt so much about mental health and the ways we can help protect our mental health. There have been so many good tips and tricks to integrate into my day

Caro Mac ,

Thanks from a roogirl !

Schwatta you are leading the way in breaking down the stigma for Aussie blokes. My son struggles with mental illness & doesn’t talk much about his feelings but I’ve told him about u & your fantastic, natural, informative podcast. Knowing it is there for him gives me a lot of hope. Your approachable manner is very helpful & I want to thank you for helping so many of our young complicated men & older girls
like me who have difficulty talking about things. Thank you. Caz ps. Go North!
