His dedication to healthcare extends beyond administrative roles, as he has worked on the laboratory bench and supervised operations. Lindsay's commitment to philanthropy led him to establish aid projects in Central Africa, notably contributing to the Fistula Hospital in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia. As the Manager of Sonic Healthcare Foundation, Lindsay oversees its growth and daily operations, continuing to extend its reach to areas of need worldwide.

She has a strong focus on leveraging digitalisation to make healthcare services more accessible, affordable, and available.

    Elisabeth led the Siemens Healthineers business in Asia Pacific since 2013, first based in Singapore, and from early 2018 in Shanghai, China. She has been actively involved in shaping the global strategy and culture of Siemens Healthineers both before and after the IPO in 2018. Under her leadership, the Siemens Healthineers business in Asia Pacific, particularly in China, has made significant progress.

    Elisabeth joined Siemens in 1998 and has worked in international management roles spanning from procurement and strategy, to marketing, manufacturing, and business unit CEO, in both Germany and Asia Pacific.

    Elisabeth was born in 1970 in Graz, Austria. She studied Economics, Sinology and History in Vienna, Beijing, and Nanjing.
