For over 3 decades I have been helping people to get healthier and stronger both emotionally and physically.

And while I have seen so many people who WANT to create transformation in their lives the practical application of those changes just never seek to stick.

Transformation requires change -a change in belief, a change in thought and a change in habit.

While many people desire change -it is the practical application of those habits that overwhelm them because of two reasons…

1. Not enough time
2. Confusing, contradictory and often inconsistent information

Everybody has an opinion -and in the online world, it is very easy to get caught up in the ‘next big, quick and easy thing’… but that’s not where transformation evolves

True transformation evolves from time honoured principles that become part of our daily life consistently over a period of time.
Whether that be in our physical, emotional, spiritual or professional expression every decade something new comes along that promises new and different… but in the end becomes overwhelming to implement
Why? Because change is challenging. We are wired for comfort. The moment a habit we really want to implement - confronts us in what we believe possible - every cell in your brain and in your body screams at you to go back to that place of safety that is the known.
I often get asked this question “But I really want to change, lose weight, get fit, be successful, make more money – how come it just doesn’t flow easily – what am I doing wrong.

Our internal world – what we believe and our external world what we do – must be in congruence to create true transformation.
One cannot work in isolation without the other

But – it doesn’t have to take a long time, nor does it require massive change in your daily routine – in fact in this episode of the Reclaim You Podcast I will share with you how you can improve your health, energy and wellbeing, all the while focusing on expanding your intuitive wisdom and manifesting success in your business and in your life.
