Hey guys, I stumbled across you by accident but find myself listening every week. So much more positive and entertaining about the game than any Australian media is at the moment, I wish you could do a show about Super Rugby as well. Everyone down here is hoping that MLR turns into a thriving comp so the game takes off in the Americas.

I am flying my 72yo father over to San Fran with me to see the RWC 7s in July, we can’t wait. I hope to see you guys there, look out for the Aussies.

A topic I would love you to discuss this week: not quite American rugby but the decision on the Rugby Europe fiasco could have ramifications for game development for years to come. To me it feels like the eligibility issue was a mask for the much mirkier issue of perceived referee bias. I plan to go to Japan for RWC 2019, and it just doesn’t feel right that Russia got in ahead of Romania and Spain. That said when you are selecting Pacific Islanders in your team, you should do due diligence. Do you think this will be a trigger for genuine reform of tier 2 European rugby and could/should the game over there be brought under one umbrella with the 6 Nations?
