Listen to these when I’ve having a super anxious day. There is always one to address the particular intrusive thought/anxiety that is haunting me that day! Is such a relief to know that this is something that other people experience. Thank you so much for making these.
I have been searching high and low for a language to put to my experience over the last two years. I’ve found little gold nuggets here and there from various spiritual teachers but with your podcast, so much is in one place! I’m in a healthy, loving relationship but my head has been doing a number on me. I haven’t wanted to walk away from a good thing out of fear, especially when I’ve had many moments of experiencing all the wonderful, connected feelings. I’ve just had such a battle with the negative brain talk. Thank you for the work you do and for your strength and vulnerability sharing your own experiences. I’m so grateful for people like you.
I’m so happy I came across your podcasts! I used to be so hard on myself thinking I’m the only one battling my thoughts. Thank you!!!!
