Best Run Podcast

I found this podcast after seeing a post on Ryan’s Instagram. I don’t usually do this but looking back through the 71 podcasts I decided to binge listen from episode 1. I got right into Ryan’s story and message. He covers great topics for any endurance athlete and as a Christian I really loved the bible quotes along with the way we can apply many spiritual lessons in our life’s journey. This really is like a book you can’t put down. Now I just need to wait for new episodes.
God bless,
Sam.
