If you're a helper at heart, this message is yours. P.S. I said only Christians could give with good motives in the message, however, anyone else could do that as well like Cornelius in the Bible. God would want that one to be a Christian in order to fully understand the burden on them to give generously so that their giving would be shaped in a better perspective, just like He did for Cornelius through Apostle Peter.
