Disappointed to hear it end
My favourite podcast. A pity it has come to an end. Very grateful for the work that has gone into the research and communication of the science. Thanks so much.
Just really good!
Considered, insightful and inspiring. So much work has clearly gone into this podcast, and it provides so much value for listeners. Thanks for doing what you do!
Science, interpreted and explained with practical applicability
This podcast offers so much more than ultra-running relevance. As an endurance triathlete, this has actually become one of my go-to podcasts due to the quality of the podcaster; Shawn presents with intelligence with a style that communicates quiet dignity and humility. The quality of the guests are exceptional and the content of material has both broad range and broad application across sports and, as sports are often metaphors of life, across life in general. Shawn takes care to rephrase and clarify scientific information so that it is understood by the ‘layman’ and then always seeks to clarify and communicate how that information is relevant to athletes. Love this channel.
