Second Chance If Only You Knew

    • Personal Journals

Episode 20 is a special one for me as former colleague and friend Tony Lockwood joins me for an emotional chat. On 7th March 2012 Tony was hurtling towards the peak of his career when he was involved in a life changing accident on a remote road in Western Australia.
Tony and I discuss his early career, how and why he chose to undertake post graduate education, his growth as a manager and leader and the differences between sales, operational and management roles.
Tony talks us through the accident, his horrific injuries and his physical and emotional recovery. Hearing Tony describe the possibility of not surviving the accident will leave you reaching for the tissues.
