Eye opening, insightful and engaging!

Thank u, thank u both. I always feel much better after listening to an episode. Understanding that I am indeed not alone and not entirely crazy lol. Dr Nicole ur knowledge, care, guidance and insight is going to propel a whole generation of traumatised individuals forward. On a not so positive note, the ‘Jenna show’ is getting a bit old now. It’s become too personal, a little uncomfortable and far too centred around ur personal problems. It’s a shame as I have started to lose interest in the show.

Jenna needs therapy

I used to love this podcast, and in a way I still do (I mean, I’m still listening!) and am a member of the self healers circle but a couple of things have really been clanging for me lately. I know y’all read the reviews so I’m writing this with the intention of kindly reaching Jenna. Honey, I know you miss Jake but not every instance on the pod has to relate back to him. I lost my brother some time back I recognise your pain and hurt but I think you need to take a step back and take some time out. It isn’t appropriate for you to be teaching us on behalf of Jake and not all of us struggle with drugs and alcohol. I hope you take some space and get some help. WITH LOVE

Thank you!

I was recommended this podcast before I even knew about Nicole’s amazing work as The Holistic Psychologist (on Instagram) or her book. Now I feel as if I know these women as close friends. What an uncomfortable delight it is to talk about real issues. Changing my life!
