Richard has over 25 years of global experience in teaching, senior leadership, and innovation roles. Richard is currently the Director of the Woodleigh Institute. The Institute is an innovation lab dedicated to understanding and enhancing transformative approaches to learning, leadership, and collaboration for the benefit of Woodleigh School and the wider education community. In this role, he heads strategic planning at Woodleigh School and provides leadership for the Institute’s projects, partnerships, programs, and consultancy services. Through the Institute, he convenes the annual ReimaginED Conference – a participatory, cross-sector gathering that aims to develop our collective capacity to address complex challenges in education.
