Grief. Why it's important & how to deal with it with Jo Betz

Grief. Why it's important & how to deal with it with Jo Betz

Luke catches up with Jo Betz who is the author of Grief: A Guided Journal, which was written after the sudden death of her husband in 2017. Jo has since dedicated herself to sharing her interesting perspective and contemporary approach to the often delicate subject - with equal parts honesty and humour - and using her powerful story to humanise grief for others.

The episode discusses how do you approach someone who is grieving? Is there an 'appropriate' time to grieve? and what happens after someone close to you passes away.

It's a moving episode that really does go into the depths of grief. We hope you enjoy it.

Raising conscious kids with Jacqueline Alwill

Raising conscious kids with Jacqueline Alwill

In this episode Luke chats with Jacqueline Alwill (more commonly know as @brownpapernutrition on Instagram) about raising conscious kids.

An area unfamiliar with Luke as he is not a Dad (yet). However is very curious about how the parents of today are raising their kids to be able to deal with all of the future problems the next generation is sure to deal with.

The conversion was done via Instagram Live and therefore the quality of the audio isn't ideal, but the quality of the conversation is worth it.

Great podcast...left me wanting more

I've thoroughly enjoyed catching up on each episode and getting to know Luke's inspirational guests who have so many great things to share. Particulary enjoyed listening in as Clare shared her thoughts on gratitude and shared her process. Keep 'em coming Luke.

Sarah talked too much

Sarah needed to stop taking so much and let Luke direct the podcast where it needed to. She spoke about Luke and did not stop talking. I switched off half way through because of it.
