The most informative and accurate podcast on fitness

Coaches Scott and Kevin, well balanced out by Mike, come together to offer a great deal of insider wisomd and knowledge on the fitness industry in the modern age. As a up and coming coach, it puts a lot of concepts and industry trends in perspective and helps one decipher knowledge and expertise from the rubbish that floats around in today's age of social media. 5 stars for the boys

This episode was really sad, shocking, uncomfortable but absolutely relevant & important.
Once again Scott & Mike have delivered such an important, often unspoken & shameful topic in such a informative, helpful & compassionate way.

Cuts through the bulldust

These guys are great and have quickly become my favourite podcast.

I had previously read and used Scott Abel's hard gainer solution book and had fantastic results. I found this podcast by accident and hope to use their online coaching in the future.

I love the way they cut through all the rubbish about supplements, endless cardio, diets, trainers and watching the scale.

I am a classic ecto morph and I can't lift the weights that others seem to do with ease-I would risk injury trying to go heavy to compete with them. Kevin, Scott & Mike relate that form is more important. I will be listening to that in the gym whilst I feel the scorn of a meat head who can swing really heavy weights but is doing so with sloppy form. I have the confidence now that I just don't care as I know I am doing it right.

The three guys inspire you with real world stories, common sense and decades of experience. They share a frustration of shonks and scammers that exist in the fitness industry.

The podcast they produce will make you laugh and give you subjects to think about.

They are a really cohesive unit that work well together and complement each other. Even though they disagree and argue amongst themselves occasionally. It also shows they genuinely care.

I don't always understand some of the North American references all the time but that is a minor point.

I really don't want others to know about this information but it is just too good not to share and review!
