Helpful

The information in the podcast is very good. He clearly knows what he is talking about in terms of overcoming anxiety and improving social skills. He focussed on having the right feeling in your interactions, as we spread what we are feeling to other people.

At the start of the podcast he still comes across as a little anxious, but in the more recent episodes that is no longer a problem.
