    Industry FIT with Matt from PT Essentials

    Have you ever tried to get fit? Even if you find the time and the money for a personal trainer, seeing them during your session only gives you short term motivation. As soon as you leave the gym, who keeps you motivated or accountable?

    Well, It's not just hard for you, it's hard for the personal trainers as well! Your results lead to their success and without that, their business ends up failing fast.

    Matthew Harris is an ex Australian military paratrooper who became a personal trainer. After witnessing these problems first hand, Matthew founded PT Essentials, a software company that helps self-employed personal trainers better match clients needs, goals and budgets, all from their phone or home.

    In todays episode Matt speaks with fitness industry professional Ben Cooper. Both of these fitness fans will be discussing how and what can be done to improve their industry, to create lasting positive change and ultimately, a fitter population.
