Sophie’s podcasts are amazing.
Completely relatable.
Definitely a go to, if you want to slow down, declutter your thoughts and clear your mind.

Refreshingly relatable approach to self care!

SUCH an amazing and inspiring podcast! I’ve listened to a lot of self care podcasts, but Sophie’s relaxed, informal and conversational approach to the topics is so refreshingly relatable. The episodes are short and manageable and leave you with lots to think about at the end!
Will be highly recommending to my friends!
