#29 What I've learned about money struggle, weight loss and up-leveling
As I prepare for my 29th birthday, I thought I'd give you a look into the highs and the lows of this past year. It's been one of the messiest growth periods of my life (can we say #upleveling!?) and hope you can relate to the struggle of adulting!
In this episode I open up about: money, debt, and taxes, weight loss, business failures (that were also successes), depression, asking for help, self-limiting beliefs, what's worked and what hasn't, transparency, and more!
