Peter is the leader of Partners in Ministry. Partners in Ministry is all about supporting church leaders through one to one support, consulting & equipping them to be more effective & healthy in ministry. He had the opportunity to sit down with us and talk about Coaching team members.

Teams are an essential part of how we live out and implement our mission to make and mature disciples of Jesus. Further, building and nurturing effective teams is a core way in which we release people’s gifts, enable the diversity of the body, and help everyone to take their part in the building up of Christ’s church. Whether or not you’re soon to build a team, just starting out, or nurturing existing teams, this workshop provides a great opportunity to grow.
