    What's self awareness and why is it important? When you were growing up did you have parents, teachers or other people close to you telling you who you were, what you were good and not good at, what your interests should and shouldn't be? In today's episode I'm exploring how it can be difficult to figure out who we are when we have other people in our lives trying to define our narrative for us and how I recently found my way past that.
