Probably only good for NLP converts

To be fair, this review is only based on the first podcast as I wasn't interested in listening to any more (so keep that in mind.)

This was primarily because I'm not really totally into the theory of NLP, of which it's obvious a lot of Stephan's ideas come from. I thought he raised some good points within those boundaries, though I can't say how original they are from a NLP point of view. But if you're not comfortable with the basic idea of Thoughts->Feelings->Actions->Results (as I'm not), then this podcast isn't going to give you much insight into why you procrastinate.
