2020 has been a year like no other, and with all unprecedented changes a lot us are dealing with an immense amount of stress. This topic is very close to our hearts as it's something we personally had to overcome. So as a way to ensure people are truly understand the significance of stress and are well equipped to manage their personal stress we will be doing a stress series taking people through a process of increasing their capacity to manage stress.
In this episode we give an introduction to stress and what it actually is, the importance of identifying your stress triggers and how to identify your stress triggers and how we progress once we've identified our triggers
