Thank you

Really happy to find this podcast. Being a 54 year old very average age grouper doing my first tri 4 years ago. This podcast is great it has help motivate me and to improve my times greatly. It’s not over technical but very informative and gives a huge range of topics. I would say it’s a must to listen to.

Good except the host talks about himself too much!

Some good interviews and interesting segments... however it is a drag listening to Taren talk about himself so much. Mate, let your interview subjects tell the stories and keep the spotlight off yourself a bit!
