Sustainable housing? I’ve never heard of more hogwash

The guy talking sustainable housing put forward every possible buzzword in architecture but failed to address two things. It’s not a lack of vision, it’s a lack of global coordination, and it’s all hinged on capitalism that sees housing as a commodity, not a right. Also, if you design sustainable housing, truly, you shouldn’t need heating or cooling, they are designed for the climate. The whole talk was so vague it became pointless
