TEDxSydney is a series of short and sharp conversations with members from the TEDxSydney community: the speakers, academics, thinkers, makers and creatives who all offer some fantastic insights into what’s happening in the world at the moment. But the idea of the series is to also offer some respite from that world. Join TEDxSydney Head of Curation, Fenella Kernebone each week for the TEDxSydney podcast. TEDxSydney acknowledges the traditional owners of the land where we meet and share ideas, the Gadigal people of the Eora Nation. We pay our respects to their Elders past, present and emerging.
How a mission to Mars prepared me for isolation

In this first interview for our new podcast, TEDxSydney@Home, James shares his experience and tips for living in isolation. James Bevington was a speaker at TEDxSydney in 2018. You can watch his TEDxSydney talk and plenty of others at tedxsydney.com Presented and produced by Fenella Kernebone, Head of Curation for TEDxSydney. This interview was recorded at home on zoom and has been edited for podcast.
