Good advice but too much advertising
This show has some great advice, but of each 15 minute show, 5-6 minutes are advertising. I listen on my bike so can’t fast forward, and 1\3 advertising is too much.
So happy to have found this podcast. Such an insightful 10 minutes of my day. When I feel like giving up I make sure I press play!
