Tim, you are Amazing 😃

I have always been an anxious person and stuffed anxiety on and off for the past 14 years but about 4 months ago i was struck with anxiety and depression so bad that everything was and felt doom. It took over my life and controlled me that much that i was starting to get suicidal thoughts. I went to a spiritual counsellor/healer for help but she spun my anxiety into full gear and made it worst. As been medicated is never an option for me I looked into podcasts for the first time as it was suggested by my boss. After nearly giving up on my search I come across The Anxiety Podcast, best thing i have ever done, Tim has helped me cope in so many ways. Although I have a long way to go, listening to Tim everyday has given me my life back. Thank you Tim. Thank you for all that you do, thank you for starting this path in helping people. You are amazing.

Tim does a fantastic job

Very relevant, entertaining and actually helpful. So many podcasts I’ve heard about anxiety just rehash the same things over and over again and one gets tired of hearing them! Tim keeps it fresh, and is always giving new information. He makes me feel less alone in the world and like there are more things for me to learn. Thank you Tim!

I’m only 33 and last year I had a breakdown of sorts. I run my own business and the stress of that got to me. I was over weight but thought everything was ok. I collapsed at work and ended up in hospital because I thought I was having a heart attack. Turns out it was just a panic attack. Since then I have lost 17kgs, I deal with work stress better and I appreciate my wife and life so much more. I still struggle at times and your podcast has been life changing. I can’t thank you enough and what you do is amazing. Your great to listen to and so helpful. Keep up the great work.
