Jon Miller on 50 years of broadcasting baseball
Starkville | Jon Miller is celebrating 50 years of broadcaster baseball games this summer. He stopped by Starkville to share some of his favorite stories from a half century behind the microphone.
Strange But True: Tigers third baseman Zach McKinstry had a 3-run error and then gave up a 3-run home run in the same inning last week. When was the last time that happened?
Trivia from Mark Snyderman: This week is the 50th anniversary of Henry Aaron’s 715th home run. He is also baseball’s all-time leader in total bases, with 6,856. Only three other players finished their careers with more than 6,000 total bases. Name them.

Customer Reviews
Roundtable-head?
Look, no one is perfect, but the most delightful part of this show is feeling like I’m eavesdropping on three old friends talking about baseball. Is Andy occasionally insufferable and mean? Yes. Is Grant too glib? Sometimes. Is Marc a management narc? Definitely. But together, they produce one of the most entertaining pods out there.
The Round Table
Super enjoyable pod. Love the vibe of these guys.
