We Are Family w/ Artem Chigvintsev
Without a doubt, we are thankful that Artem is sitting in on this week’s episode of the Bellas Podcast!
It’s been a busy few weeks for everyone; Nikki & Brie have been running around the country doing photo shoots, podcast tapings, and celebrating their birthdays, while Artem has been winding down season 31 of Dancing with the Stars.
The three of them Open Up with thoughts on getting older, what makes them happy now, and cooking assignments for Thanksgiving dinner. Brie wants to embrace all of Thanksgiving before decorating for Christmas and got some sticker shock when she was looking to spread some holiday cheer in her neighborhood.
Then Artem gets into being eliminated from Dancing with the Stars, what the viewers didn’t get to see on the show, how Heidi D’Amelio really impressed him on the dance floor and his frustrations with going home earlier than he wanted. And now that Len is leaving, could we see Judge Artem giving out scores every Monday night on the show???
Nikki and Artem also talk about the joy of being newlyweds and seeing a different side of Artem on “Nikki Bella Says I Do” when it airs on E! early next year.
The episode closes out with Artem’s pick for Inspiration & Affirmation, which Nikki & Brie definitely connect with. Then the three of them go around and share what they’re all grateful for this Thanksgiving.

Bellas Homecoming 2022: Live in Arizona!
It’s a hometown show for Nikki & Brie and The Bellas hit the mic at a sold-out show at CB Live in Phoenix, and literally, anything can happen!
The episode starts off with a memorable live intro from Justin Roberts, then an Opening Up that covers the rules of the Bellas Live Podcast Drinking Game, reaction to Artem’s shocking elimination from DWTS, Nikki’s thoughts on a shirtless Artem on the show.
The Bellas were in LA filming a new project which means Nikki & Brie have been spending a lot of quality time together and oversleeping. They also covered some of the questionable business partnerships that have come their way over the years with some surprising offers. On the family front, Brie has a hilarious parenting dilemma with Birdie that will make you laugh out loud.

Bellas Flashback: Nikki & Brie 2022
As Nikki & Brie spend time with family and get ready for the live show in Arizona later this week, we thought it would be fun to revisit some of the most memorable conversations that The Bellas had on the mic this year.
We've had a lot of great guests on the show, but nothing beats the co-host chemistry between Nikki & Brie. This flashback episode starts off with Brie recounting a Birdie meltdown at an ice rink, only to be matched with a Matteo mess at a store that left Nikki showing the other shoppers more than she bargained for.
Then we fast forward to a discussion about wedding guest etiquette, exceptions of guests, and a classic Nikki vs. Brie disagreement about hotel rooms. Then we jump ahead to Nikki's moving day. We've seen her heated before, but never like this. An infuriated Nikki shows no restraint when expressing her dissatisfaction with a landlord and some remorse for being "Nice Nikki."
The episode closes out with a segment that left tire marks on the backs of both Bellas play "Under the Bus." Nikki & Brie compete to protect themselves from embarrassing stories and confessions by showing no mercy on the mic and revealing every detail.
Be sure to join Nikki & Brie at CB Live in Phoenix on Thursday, 11/9/22, for Bellas Homecoming 2022 as they return to their hometown and celebrate with special guests and some fun plans on stage.
Smack Talking with Michael Strahan
The Bellas Open Up and get straight to action with the highly talented Michael Strahan! Hall of Fame, Super Bowl winner, television host, entrepreneur, and actor!
The conversation kicks off with a discussion about tequila, Magic Mike XXL, and some friendly football bets. Michael and The Bellas have a lot in common, birthdays and pole dancing.
We also get some insight into Brie’s recent taping of The 100,000 Dollar Pyramid, which leads to some smack talk between The Bellas, which Michael is all for. Michael also gives some career advice to Nikki about confidence in a career change.
Michael and The Bellas also talk about parenting struggles and what stages of life their kids are in right now, and what each of them has to look forward to, especially with dating.
Then it’s Brie versus Michael in a competitive round of Skin Deep, a trivia game dealing with skin to celebrate the launch of his new skincare and shave line, Michael Strahan Daily Defense, and why it’s important for men to include skin care in their daily routines.
This episode of The Bellas Podcast closes out with Inspiration & Aspiration, and Michael shares a saying he learned from his father that kept him optimistic during the toughest of times.

Life, Wine, and Super Moms W/ Tamera Mowry-Housley
Nikki & Brie have so much in common with today’s guest. From experiences in entertainment, motherhood, living in Napa, to being twins!
First, The Bellas are ready to Open Up with something special because “Barmageddon” is coming to the USA Network on December 5th! Nikki taped the show with Blake Shelton and Carson Daly in Nashville and there’s a long list of reasons to watch, but you’ll definitely want to see a special episode where Brie faces off against with a familiar foe from her WWE past.
Tamera Mowry-Housley and The Bellas were destined to have this catch-up conversation! Tamera lives in Napa, her family owns a tasting room, and a Sister Sister Sunday is definitely their future. Tamera shares fascinating details about growing up in the entertainment industry, what she did and didn’t like about her time on The Real, getting involved in the wine industry, and her new memoir, You Should Sit Down for This: A Memoir about Life, Wine, and Cookies.”
She also tells Nikki & Brie about her experiences taping “Sister, Sisters” growing up in front of the camera, her decision to choose happiness, being the person that she wanted to be, how motherhood has changed her and having proud kids.

Much love from Australia!
This is an amazing podcast! I absolutely love the Bella’s and the discussion forums they talk about on the show. They are so real, authentic and relatable on so many levels. So much love and many blessings from Australia x x x
Loved your pod last year but this year you guys don’t sound the same. I feel it’s more scripted, serious and less authentic. I’m not sure atm.
