This is a great podcast about fitness and changing your midnset in life and fitness. Bevan tries to breakdown why we do what we do in our lives. He talks about goal setting, gives advice on fitness tips, and tons and tons of information that we can all take in and use in our own lives to live a happier and more fulfilling life.
