Rub a dog….yurt 💚
This is consistently one of the best podcasts around. Blind boys mind is amazing and the correlations he finds between history, music, philosophy, art and his daily observations are brilliant. His ‘hot takes’ are mad. The podcast hug he gives on each episode is both comforting and challenging and I highly recommend listening to the Blind Boy Podcast. Yurt! 💋
Dog bless us all but especially you Blind Boy
Now when I feel lonely and so sad at the state of the world, a little dose of Blind Boy’s dulcet tones does wonders for my weary heart.
A hug for the soul but also permission to be wild and free and weird and playful.
Fascinating listen
I’ve just finished listening to the episode on The history of the English Working class which is the second episode of Blindboys podcast I’ve listened to after it being recommended by an Australian podcaster I listen to. I found this eps conversation so interesting and learnt so much. I really enjoyed the craic between these two. I live in Australia and can relate to the conversation about the affects of colonisation on a country when thinking about how our local indigenous population were treated by the English colonists and we were never taught this in our history lessons at school.
