TBD are true professionals & a joy to listen to.

I love this podcast it’s my favourite health & fitness podcast to date. These two are on point with there evidence based nutrition & training advice. They also have great practical advice to offer. I hate it when an episode finishes!

I genuinely get excited when a new episode comes up. They’re upbeat, enthusiastic, humble and knowledgeable.
Great sound quality too and super fast editing after collating their listener questions from IG and recording.
Months after listening, I ended up joining as a lifestyle client and haven’t regretted my decision. Yes they produce results!
