Love these two and their evidence-based approach to training and nutrition. Their humility and genuine desire to help people is so refreshing.

Some good some bad

Interesting podcast and some good content, but there’s clear delay of orthorexia which is a shame coming from dieticians. Healthy eating is great, but balance is important too. Also, sorry this is gonna sound harsh, but the constant use of ‘right?’ after everything she says is really grating, makes me not want to listen
