Helping us move forward

Laura I discovered your podcast today and cherry picked a topic that is at the top of my current self-help list. Episode #7 which was about Weight Mangement. It was fantastic. Very informative. I look forward to listening to your other podcasts.

I am a 50yo breast cancer survivor (initial diagnosis Dec 2014). I've been through chemo, bilateral mastectomy and radiation. My cancer was estrogen positive. I was overweight to begin with. My weight hasn't increased. However it hasn't decreased either. I am hyperaware that every extra kg that I carry around has the potential to produce estrogen. I have struggled to get my weight down. I refuse to give up. Perhaps it is because it gives me something to focus on, something I can do for myself. It is great to hear that others also have the same issue.
