Brendan is an intellectual gem
While not a dedicated polemicist O’Neil has always hit the major issues of the day with a well researched, concise and often unique view.
He has been at the forefront of arguing for the Brexit referendum, for women’s rights, and against ALL government overreach.
Great democracy vs monarchy debate superb
👍
Great work
This is a very good podcast but could be massively improved if Brendan could find a way to ask his questions succinctly. Many of his “questions” go on and on ….15..20..30 seconds.
That said, interesting and never afraid to discuss even the “taboo” topics. I don’t always agree with Brendan but his point of view is always well thought out and worth hearing. He is respectful of his guests and engages them well.. drawing them out and encouraging them to elaborate.
