Awesome podcast

As someone who has just started weight training and learning about fitness and nutrition this podcast has been one of the best things to help! I love how humble Brian is and he explains everything so well and in depth. Never again will I waste money on 8 week bikini body guides and meal plans sold by fitness girls on instagram like I have in the past! Very inspiring and great to listen to, makes my daily commute to work and university much better :)

Love your podcasts! Very good speaker, breaks down everything so it's easy to understand. I've learned so much about nutrition, workouts and supplements from listening to your podcasts, Q+A's and Snapchats. It actually motivates me to workout and eat healthier.
