Now What?
Last season, Yllairies, Mepris, and Keilah sailed to the Moonshae Isles to find and obtain Keilah's magic bagpipes. After many sea voyages they finally found the instrument in the hands of Queen Urphania. Instead of aiding the queen in her war against a powerful rival, the broads performed a heist and stole the bagpipes back. They escaped to their safe house in Sigil via Keilah's magic ring. Splendidly Addictive
I am a self admitted addict to dnd actual play podcasts and boy, did this one shoot to the top of my list quickly! I’ve binged through all of season 1 and everything released for season 2 in a week and now I’m in agony that I must wait.
I implore you to stick through the audio of the first 4 episodes, as it soon becomes one of the best audios out there, with wonderful editing and marvellous background sounds!
They have a unique and fantastic concept of bringing in guest voices from other fantastic dnd podcasts (many of which I know and love, others I will now be listening to), which give it an extra dose of fun.
I am so happy I found this podcast and I would like to thank the wonderful ladies of the Broadswords for all the fun and adventure they’ve given me, I love both the hard work you do and the wonderful people you are. Thank You!!
Utterly fantastic!
I decided to take a look at this podcast after Travis McElroy recommended it on TaZ .
I showed up cause I liked Buckminster In graduation.
I stayed because these ladies are incredible story tellers.
There is such a wonderful chemistry between the players and their characters are so interesting and vivid.
Victoria’s DM’ing is just top notch it has re-ignited my passion for my own storyline’s and inspired me to want to be a better DM .
There is so much depth and atmosphere to this story ! It is truely fantastic and 110% worth a listen, I literally cannot gush enough about how much I love this podcast.
