This, along with Tania’s own traumatic experience, were the building blocks to kick starting her career.
Tania specialises in helping women who are in remission from cancer with chronic anxiety, as well as ladies who have developed fears, phobias and unwanted habits.

Ending Overwhelm – How To Break Free Without Having To Compromise Your Business Or Career
You’re inundated with responsibilities…
You have a demanding career or business…
You navigate high pressure, high stakes situations on a regular basis…
You’ve always got at least 15 different plates that you’re spinning at any given time – not just professionally, but quite possibly in your personal and home life as well.

They’re not addressing the SOURCE of the problem. They’re just taking the edge off the surface level symptoms.

Perfectionism is the antithesis of high performance – here’s why!
Perfectionism is one of the common, and one of the most debilitating sources of chronic stress, overwhelm and burnout.
However, many perfectionists are completely oblivious to the fact that they struggle with perfectionism.
Perfectionism is NOT the same as having high standards.
Perfectionism is fear and stress based. High standards are outcome and purpose based.
At the surface level, perfectionism is when you can’t stop looking for what’s not good enough – in your work, in your decisions, and even in yourself.
You keep looking for the flaws, the inadequacies, what you’ve missed or overlooked, what other people could dislike, disagree with, or criticise.
So nothing you ever do feels good enough, tasks take 10X longer than they need to, and you train your brain to hate your work!
Once you become aware of the pattern, overcoming perfectionism can feel like an insurmountable mountain to climb.
In fact, overcoming perfectionism can be surprisingly fast when you understand what’s REALLY going on.

What a wake up call
I just finished listening to Rachel and David and firstly thank you I feel as though I am sitting with you having a cuppa and I am involved in the conversation! Secondly I was kidding myself that I was approaching weight loss from a mindset of health and balance. Listening to this podcast I realise - thank goodness - that I was not - it was approached with fear and the concern of what others think! I was so scared to go back to the gym after lockdown due to fellow members judging my Covid kilos - WHY?!! I am back, I am happy and wait patiently for the next episode
