What a wake up call
I just finished listening to Rachel and David and firstly thank you I feel as though I am sitting with you having a cuppa and I am involved in the conversation! Secondly I was kidding myself that I was approaching weight loss from a mindset of health and balance. Listening to this podcast I realise - thank goodness - that I was not - it was approached with fear and the concern of what others think! I was so scared to go back to the gym after lockdown due to fellow members judging my Covid kilos - WHY?!! I am back, I am happy and wait patiently for the next episode

The Chase Life podcast has absolute nuggets of gold for weight loss, getting on with your future and overcoming fear and procrastination!
