I’m so excited to share with you another season of the Coffee Man Podcast.
This time we will be talking about everything about coffee competitions, why they are important, what we can take away from them and how they help progress the industry.
After coming back from Milan I realized the importance of sharing what happens on the journey. There is so much that goes into the preparation, during the event when as we call “time” and the aftermath.
I’ve invited some special guests to share their stories so you can get the whole picture, from barista to coach, to competitor, to producer.

Inspired by his mother to always work hard, Diego grew up with values that, later in life, he would put to use. He is an example of a young guy who wasn't too sure of his direction and then became a man of dedication and resilience. He often competed without the desired results but would return to competitions every time. Eventually, after much determination and accumulated experience, his dream came true.
