A binge worthy education
Ive listen to just a few episodes so far and can easily say that this is one of the best podcasts Ive heard in a long time.
Great flow, great production value and the guests are excellent and insightful.
Its managed to challenge some pretty deep seeded beliefs in me and its safe to say i now look forward to hopping in the car and pressing play
Being fit and healthy is now not normal
I have the reverse experience. I lost 20kg and never felt healthier, but people would question my weight lose as being sick and see me as being different. Obesity is now the new normal.
