Ep 86 Bruce Duyshart is an architect who creates smarter buildings for a better world
Bruce has had a career in innovation.
After graduating as an Architect in Melbourne in the early 90’s the economy was in the midst of recession and no work was available. Whilst most of his mates were driving taxis to make ends meet, he spotted an opportunity at his university teaching students how to use CAD software. The opportunity saw him gainfully employed and led him to a masters degree and ultimately talking innovation and technology for 16 years at Lend Lease.
Fast forward to today and Bruce still loves tech and design. At his business Meld Strategies he’s at the forefront of helping some of Australia’s leading asset managers create competitive advantages through better design.

After getting expelled from school he went into construction for 6 years and then decided to start his own business after working for another property buyers agent and building his own property portfolio.
After starting his buyers advocacy service in Sydney a couple of years ago in Jan 2021, he's developed his business into one of the fastest growing and biggest buyers advocacy service in Sydney with plans to rollout a service nationally. At 25 he already has 25 staff.
