Entertaining and educating

Have been listening to this podcast for over a year now. Absolutely love the straightforward fitness and health advice with actionable steps you can take immediately after listening. Certainly has positively shaped my approach to nutrition and fitness. My favourite advice was about tracking your food and to stop with the excuses and just do it - Thankyou Danny I do it now!

Super informative and relevant.
With so much fitness info out there it can be pretty easy to be overwhelmed but Danny has a way of getting to the point and giving you useful information that you need to take ownership of your own fitness and health.
