Culture of busyness

Great content and very informative.
Some of my disappointment with goop podcasts generally is that I get a little fed up with the host talking far more than the guest. I really want to hear it what the guest has to say. I do want them to be saying “mmm” and “yeah” in agreement with you.
Gwyneth interviews her guests in such a relaxed manner, or so it comes across, I look forward to listening to those episodes. It does not feel like she is trying to prove that she “knows her stuff”.

No one could possibly know everything on every topic, please allow the guests space to speak and share their expertise. I understand that the art of a good interview is to create a conversation. But, competing with the guest for air time is suffocating the interview. Please focus on the priorities and what your role is in that moment of time...
