    Cait Wotherspoon is a grief and bereavement therapist. Early in her life Cait completed a Bachelor of Nursing and became certified in Oncology and Palliative Care. Cait had experienced grief and loss through her late 20’s and felt called to be a healer. So later on, she would gain a Bachelor in Teaching and a Bachelor in Education and be trained as a Transactional Analyst in psychotherapy. Cait opened up a counselling practice in Penrith where she helps people with their bereavement so they can rediscover joy. She completed  a graduate Diploma of Psychology and continues enhancing her own learnings by completing certifications in all different areas of therapy.

Best way to start the day!

I’ve been listening to Heal my Health since the beginning of January & the amount of information I’ve absorbed since then is unreal! Every podcast answers all my questions & has the evidence to back it up. I got into contact with Sally as I was on the next phase of my fitness journey & wanted help with understanding how to increase my performance through food in the right way. Nothing Sally has ever provided me has left me dissatisfied & the podcasts are the gift that keep on giving. I listen to Sally on my morning walks & I always feel like I’ve learnt something new for the day. BEST PODCAST EVER! 🤩
