Shifting overwhelm and fear (and more) with my Open Tapping Circle The Healing Space

For something a little different, this week I’m sharing the replay of my Open Circle that I held on Monday night, and I think you’re really going to enjoy it! 



This is a beautiful session, one that you can sit in full (think meditation, journaling, tapping) and experience a release from anything that is weighing you down at the moment.

One of my favourite things to do is to create spaces for potent transformation, and the tapping circles I run in Connect + Clear, The Membership are no exception. This is an invitation for you to sit in circle with me, to experience 60 minutes of EFT firsthand and feel the shift take place.



This is your chance to bring whatever you feel depleted & disappointed about to the table.

To clear the fogginess, the fear, the perceived failures;

And release it so you can feel:

Relaxed.

Lighter.

Calm.

Confident.

Aligned.

At peace.

Joyful.

Opening Journalling Prompts


What is the most pressing thing in your life that you would like some support in clearing tonight? Feel free to write down 2 or 3 and feel into what feels most significant today.
What emotions come up when you think about this issue?  For example, it could be anger, sadness, anxiety.
Do you feel anything in the body when you think about this issue? Could be tightness in the chest, sick feeling, headache. Back ache.
How strong is this emotion out of 10? 1 being very weak, 10 being extremely strong/present.

How do you want to feel?
What emotions would you like to ground in?
Create an affirmation or intention that sums up how you’d like to feel, act or be now that we’ve cleared the heavy energy.
