Loved this and love your podcasts. Am not fully vegan yet but it is giving me a lot to think about and I’m inspired to change. The info re insulin in cells was really enlightening. Am eating more plant based every day. Thank you!

Awesome podcast

Kate does such a great job of addressing the real issues of plant based eating and presents them in a way that is accessible to all. Her honest, real and fact based information is inspiring and helpful. The way Kate talks so passionately about food, health and kindness makes every episode enjoyable to listen to.
