#136 Healing Acne Naturally
On todays podcast I am joined by my incredible NKD Team Naturopath - Hayley Brass. This gal is a plethora of knowledge, the warmest soul and we are SO lucky to have her with us as part of team NKD helping in both our Gut Rescue & Thyroid Rescue programs.
Hayley is one of the brilliant, knowledgeable, compassionate rockstar Naturopaths on our NKD Practitioner team which I am SO stoked about. She is a degree qualified Naturopath with a speciali interest in digestive, hormonal, skin, thyroid, nervous system and mood wellness, and bloody brilliant at it if I do say so myself. Outside of being a genius contributor to our programs and 1-1 consultation she loves spending quality time in the sun with her dog, a cuppa and a good book. She’s had her own journey with overcoming skin issues so not only is she the perfect person from a knowledge perspective to join me on this podcast, she also really gets it.
Hayleys approach to health and healing is in complete alignment with how we like to do things in my programs an clinic - that is its holistic, realistic and focuses on getting to the root cause of symptoms.

#134 Heavy, Painful, or Irregular Periods - What's the deal!?
COMMON PERIOD PROBLEMS 🌸
In episode #131 of The Holistic Nutritionists the podcast, I shared with you what a normal, healthy period looks and feels like (because MANY of you only know what is COMMON to you).
This week I'm talking about THREE of the most common period problems and some potential drivers for you to look into.
In this episode I covered:
I speak A LOT about hormonal symptoms and imbalances in the work I do with my Thyroid patients in Thyroid Rescue, because there's a very strong connection between the two.
In fact, we have several lessons dedicated to hormone health in Thyroid Rescue for this very reason. SO, if you haven’t already, check out the previous episode to understand what a normal healthy cycle is, and then have a listen to this one! Have a friend who'd benefit from learning more about the above? Share this episode with them.
I'm incredibly passionate about empowering women to understand their bodies better because I truly believe when you do, it can be life changing 👩
