Great advice, great motivation to keep pushing

This series provides constant motivation and provides me with many moments where I take a step back and think, wow; I can relate to that.
I’ve suffer a slipped disc, other health problems, work struggles and loss of my father and brother but I find so much motivation from this work by James. The points raised provide a realisation that I need to keep pushing forwards in life goals + fitness and not give up! Love this stuff and hope to see more!
